In order to understand what really speaking is, we need to know first af all that this is a productive skill that this is a way how people can produce the language and communicate each other, it is for this reason that we need to know some fators that can help us at the moment to communicate, some of the most important factors about how a person can communicate his or her ideas accurately is to consider the correct word pronunciation, the way how we formulae and respond to questions, the intonation that we use at the moment to speak, how we request for something, at the momet to speak we also need to pay attention to our own mistakes and try to correct them. Also we need to be appropriately at the moment to use the language, it means to have a correct register. It is also important to mention speaking subskills, these are, making use of grammar and vocabulary, functions. Ake the use of register in order to speak in an appropriated way. We also need to use body language in order to make easier that people could understand us. Furthermore, we need to be fluent and try to capture people interest at the moment we speak, it is for that reason , that we need to be motivated and we need to be confident about what we intend to say..

As you said, speaking is a productive skill which involves a lot of things. We need to be aware of a variety of aspects, such as the register and the correct use of vocabulary and grammar. However, I found this skill very interesting to explore or study because if you know about it , you can speak accurately and fluently.

BorrarI think speaking is not easy for the students at the beginning because they are always demotivated by their peers as results of the bad comments when they speak. As teachers, I consider that the creation of a good environment inside the classroom can help the students to speak freely, so that we can correct them their mistakes.
ResponderBorrarYes, I am totally agree with you because at the biginning this skill can result difficult to develop, specially as you said, because some students can tent to bothers other students when they are speaking, as you also said we as teachers have to think about how we can create a good environment for our students in order they can feel comfortable at the moment to speak.
